As a priesthood holder I have to do my duty to God, because if I am serving others I am in the service of God. I learned that family history is important  as I we search for my ancestors who died without receiving the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The camp was held to strengthen relationships, learn skills in an outdoor setting, and give opportunity for the youth to reflect and think about ways they can live righteously in the world.
It was attended by more than 295 youth ages 14-18 and leaders.
